That was the first question I asked my blogging counterpart and percussion wizard, Billy. While we mused over the answer to this seemingly simple query (and drank tequila) we came up with some bullet points.
Ingredients for making a blog that could actually make your face fall off with
awesomeness :
- Pictures (Duh) If there aren't any pictures all you jokers that grew up never reading any books longer than the Berenstain bears in kindergarten will probably get bored and leave. (For the record "No Girls Allowed" was my jam)
- Knowledge, and not the kind you learn in books, the kind you learn from real talk, which will basically consist of our life experiences told through the magic of the written word.
DISCLAIMER : Some of this knowledge may be fictional, some will be fact, all will make your life better. TRUST ME, it will somehow. Just let it happen.
- We decided that it would be important for us to tackle the important stuff. You know, like U.S. foreign relations, or the Olympics...Or if Adam can eat 60 chicken nuggets from Chick Fil-A in under 30 minutes. (He can by the way)
- Finally we think it's real important to write this blog exactly as we speak it. Word for word.
Also this is called "Ham Steak" because Billy had one for dinner and I thought it looked pretty gross.
From now on his facial expression will be affectionately referred to as "The Ham Steak Face"
a. i read berenstain bears CHAPTER books when i was little. definitely a real book. and it doesn't have that many pictures. just fyi.
